Hi everyone! I love experimental cooking! Here’s one of the new dish I’ve ‘experimented’ which turned out to be delicious! Make this a part of your healthy meal for this year 2016.
*Vegetable or olive oil for frying
*Sesame Oil (optional for tofu dressing)
*boiling and frying pan
- Slice all the ingredients such as onions, fresh tomatoes, and garlic.
Slice the tofu into cubes or desired sizes. Set aside.
*Optional: You may put a little of salt and sesame oil to the tofu before frying
- In a boiling pan, add water, bring to boil, cover and cook the mushrooms until tender. Once tender, slice the mushrooms. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable or olive oil. Fry the sliced tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
Sauté the sliced onions, garlic, and tomatoes to the frying pan. After a minute, add the cooked mushrooms mixed with salted black beans. Add a little of rock salt to taste. Mix. (3 minutes)
In a clean bowl or plate, place first the fried tofu, then put the sautéed spices and mushrooms on top.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds and minced garlic on top. You may also sprinkle some sliced green onions or bell peppers to add color and flavor to it!
